Hourly fees for Trust Administration, Special Needs Trust Administration, and Conservatorships
Case-specific range is between $150.00 – $170.00 per hour.
Most Trust Administrations are based on a graduated percentage fee between 0.75% and 1.25% of the gross fair market value of the trust per annum.
Trust administration fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Trust administration fees will be charged either hourly or on a percentage basis, whichever is greater.
